First feed rollers are produced. Fortunately we got those back from our good customer after (about) 13 000 working hours. We managed to make the deal when he came back to get a new pair for his John Deere 745 harvester head.

John Deere Forestry starts to sell all of our products through its retail network across Europe. First sales are also made to Russia and Brazil.

Balmec buys a part of old peat producing factory founded in 1938. Entire production and machinery is moved from two rental locations in Pärnu, 30km outside of city – a small village named Tootsi. As the facility is really old, a lot of construction work and renovation needs to be done. This remains a challenge even today as we always want something to be better in the factory.

    First official reseller in Australia.
